My thoughts and prayers are with the families that where affected by the tornadoes that touched down and destroyed towns and homes yesterday. My daughter and grandchildren live in Kansas on a military base. Needless to say I was worried and frightened.  She called and I could hear the sirens in the background. I waited and watched the news and prayed the storm would stay away from my family. They have a safe room in their home but still a parent is filled with worry until  you can hear their voice.
 Thankfully the tornado did not touch down but passed them by. It was so close  She later called and said  that all was clear the sirens had stopped and they where alright. No more sirens!
What a relief to know everything was going to be just fine.
I fell asleep with my daughter and grandchildren on my mind.
